📦 Production & Shipping Policy

All of my items are handmade with care, which means each product is individually crafted to ensure quality and attention to detail.

Production Time

• I do my best to keep a small quantity of each product in stock.
• If an item is in stock, it will usually be dispatched within a few working days (typically 2–4 business days).
• If an item is out of stock, it will be made to order. In this case, please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for your order to be created before shipping.
• If there are any delays or changes to this timeframe, I will contact you directly with an updated lead time.

Shipping

• All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
• Australian orders: Standard postage available at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
• International orders: If you are located outside of Australia, please contact me prior to ordering for a custom shipping quote and estimated delivery times.
• Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Local Pickup

• Pickup is available from Roselands, NSW 2196.
• If you’d prefer to collect your order in person, please contact me to arrange a suitable pickup time.
• Once your order is ready, I’ll confirm the address and collection details.
  

Payment Policy

• All special orders or custom-made items must be paid for in full prior to production.
• Payment confirms your order and secures your place in the production queue.
• Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout or can be confirmed when placing a custom order.
  

Shipping Adjustments

While every effort is made to ensure shipping costs are calculated accurately at checkout, some larger or bulky orders may incur additional freight charges due to size, weight, or Australia Post volumetric pricing.

In the rare event that shipping has been significantly under-calculated, I will contact you prior to dispatch to discuss the difference. You will have the option to:

• Pay the adjusted shipping amount, or

• Receive a full refund of your order.

No additional charges will be applied without your approval.
